Destructive testing of a vacuum brazed turning tool<\/h2>\n

The video shows the destructive testing of a vacuum brazed carbide PCD joint.
\nAlthough the force is primarily introduced as a tensile load, the tool carrier twists. In the result it comes to a so-called peel stress.
\nThe brazing paste used was a true alloy braze from Lucas Milhaupt.
\nThe temperature curve used is a further development of the process developed by Zigerlig Tec.
\nThe further development and adaptation to the vacuum furnace was carried out by WigTec.
